Make-a-Ton, presented by CITTIC, invites innovative solutions to tackle issues faced by the world today. This 24 hour open hackathon provides a platform for university students to pitch their ideas in front of an eminent panel of judges. Projects and ideas can be presented even if they lack a full fledged business plan, as Make-a-Ton focusses on bringing out passionate innovators. Grand prizes await the winners!
The Centre for Innovation, Technology Transfer and Industrial Collaboration (CITTIC), the technology business incubator of Cusat, has nurtured several young startups and has supported the growth of technology in the student community. CITTIC was set up on the campus with central and state government funding to provide a vibrant, innovative and entrepreneurial environment for faculty and students to run university-linked startup companies.
